Apple Office offer a Fully Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement, which covers all labour, call out, servicing, all parts and telephone support (during office hours), (excludes inks, master, paper and coloured drums).

Call Out Charge

Apple Office offer an hour by hour basis call out.

We maintain and repair the following: HP, Canon, Lexmark, Sharp, Brother, Epson, Kyocera, Develop, Konica, Toshiba, Xerox, Oki and all other brands.

If you would like to call out one of our highly trained technicians, they will be able to assess the issue and offer their expert advice with no obligation.

Copy Click  - what is it?

The customer pays a cost per copy which we collect quarterly in arrears.

We can obtain your meter reading either by telephoning you or taking this from our toner monitoring system which we can put in place for you.  Toner monitoring basically monitors your toner situation so you should never run out of toner as we get notifications when your toner is running low.
